Amanda Bushek Online Therapy

Hi, I’m Amanda Bushek, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Addiction Counselor in the state of Colorado. Since 2009, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and couples as they navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, addiction, life transitions, or working on strengthening your relationship, I’m here to help.

 

I believe therapy should be a collaborative and empowering experience. My approach is warm, solution-focused, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll uncover your best hopes and create a path toward the positive changes you’re looking for.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Psychology from Colorado State University and my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. I’ve worked in private practice since 2009 and held leadership roles in community mental health since 2010. I’ve also served on the North American Solution Focused Brief Therapy Board of Directors, including as President, from 2020 to 2022.

 

Beyond the office, I’m a proud Colorado native who loves soaking up the outdoors here in Steamboat Springs. I love spending time with family and friends, and I have a passion for cooking.
